John Stephenson
Chief Executive Officer
John co-founded ClearShift in August 2017. For the past ten years, he served as CEO of several successful start-up companies focused on acquiring, developing, and monetizing midstream and E&P assets. Mr. Stephenson’s career began at a multi-billion dollar investment fund, where he and his team achieved high teens net returns to investors for almost a decade. John holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Bill Anderson

Scott Bradford
Chief Financial Officer
Scott joined ClearShift in March 2019. Previously he was the CFO of a private equity-backed energy company, and prior to that spent 15 years as both an investor and investment banker. He has BBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma, and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff Bricco
Chief Operations Officer
Jeff joined ClearShift in January 2020. Previously he was the Director of Project Execution and Northern Engineering, and prior to that spent 19 years in the Specialty Chemicals industry in Project Management and Operations. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

Herb van Bloemen Waanders
EVP of Engineering
Herb joined ClearShift in May 2019. Previously he was the VP of Engineering for large EPC contractor, Midstream and GTL company. Prior to that he has spent 15 years with a large integrated oil company in Project Management on various international projects. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and PMP certified.

Seth Whittlesey
Chief Accounting Officer
Seth joined ClearShift in September 2018. Previously he was the Assistant Controller of a private equity backed Midstream company. He received both a Bachelor's and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Denver, in addition to being a CPA licensed in the state of Colorado.
